Employor can stop the contract anytime, but should give employee 3 months notice in advance. For permannet contract, there can be some compensation, but for not-permenant contract, no compensation. That means if your boss tells you to stop your contract, you still can be in the position for another 3 months. If you tell your boss that you want to stop the contract, you also need give your boss 1 month time, afterward you can leave the position. |
