时间可就说不好了 有的自己递进去的 上午递 下午就拿到了 据说是的

you send all the documents to Berlin Canada Embassy, you don't have to go there, of course if you go there, you probably can get visa within one day. but if you don't want to go , you can post all the document and your passport will be send back via secure post, for me, it took me 2 weeks to send all the documents to Berlin and got my passport back with visa attached.

you do need to transfer the visa fee to embassy before you post all the document, the proof of the transfer need to be enclosed. hope this will help you .

在使馆的文件中提到要随申请附上 pre-paid, self-addressed envelope，用以寄回passport和visa. 但这里的邮局是没法办的，因为不卖德国邮票。下面是使馆的回信，希望对以后通过mail申请签证的同学有所帮助

Dear Madam/Sir

we are aware of the problem. Please include 4,55 Euro cash in your application.
We will buy the appropriate stamps here.
