never heard any people(chinese, german......) get the Top 3% scholarship, I do know a Turk, he did not pass any course from the first semester but he got around 20000 euro per year from UM. just watch out: the administration work in Maas is not better than that in china. Anyway, try your best, show them the merit of chinese, shutting their fucking mouths out, beating their SOF.
