求教：关于国内大学毕业，去荷兰工作

经过朋友介绍，通过一个猎头，有了去荷兰工作的机会，在荷兰最大的能源公司，做java开发，由于之前没有这方面的心理准备，得到这个机会也有一些偶然的因素，所以想向大家请教一些问题：
1．他说可以先给我5年的签证，5年之后会得到永久的签证，还说如果我有女朋友的话，可以解决女朋友的签证问题，不过开始是1年的签证，以后可以继续申请，不知道这是否可信？
2. 他给我的工资范围是2000欧到3000欧之间，然后说因为是作为高新技术人才引进，只要交很少的税，ms是10%，请问这个待遇在荷兰属于什么水平？
3．听说荷兰人基本上都会讲英语，想知道一下荷兰人讲的英文我们理解起来容易么？如果自己英文水平一般的话，交流起来会不会有困难？
最后，请大家指点一下，像我这种情况的人，应该注意些什么地方（各个方面的）？

30%的税返还，那所谓的10%的税其实是交完40%的税，到年底返还30%喽？
应该是税前2000-3000，还有很多待遇方面的问题都没有谈，能指教一下有什么东西可以争取的吗？

normally u should have 1 month paid holiday.

Is the company named Shell?
r u going to sign contract with Shell directly or sign contract with Head-hunter agency, which is the first thing u need to know. They are huge different.

If sign with Shell. You should have extra holiday pay, paid holiday, bonous, travel expense, insurance, pension...........
If sign with agency, normally u dont have bonous, extra holiday pay.
About the salary, it depends on lots of things. Hope some one in Shell can help u.

太感谢了，不是shell，现在有很多东西我也还不清楚，他说下周给我offer，我想问一下是再他给我offer之前谈呢还是在他给我offer之后再针对自己不满意的地方提出来，不过现在还有一个问题是我现在也不知道他给我的offer里具体是什么内容

还有一个月的带薪休假？
一个月的带薪休假是不是可以连在一起回国一趟？

他当时是说女朋友或者妻子，不过我当时也没有在意这个，没有细问，下次应该把这个问清楚，因为俺离法定结婚年龄还好远呢
我没有任何工作经验，现在还在念书，大四，所说的工资是指税前的

u will have about 1 month holiday with the payment. normally u can get another month payment as the allowance
