如何取签？

昨天秘书给我发信，告诉我好像签证申请成功
There has been given a positive “MVV-advice” = visa that you and your wife can travel to the Netherlands. The Ambassy will inform you. Thereafter you have to contact the Ambassy in Beijing to make an appointment so that you can give the MVV (travel-visa).

我想发Email催催大使馆，不知道要不要问秘书要过来申请号之类的东西 还是告诉大使馆我的名字就可以了

知道名字应该也可以了

you can just tell them your name, and then it is ok

Passport number is also OK
