UVA对transcript的要求里,除了正常的课程列表，成绩，学分之外还需要自己换算EC，并给出了28学时一个EC的算法要求。并注明要是没有这个换算就对你的申请不予以理会。
但是这个算法明显与我们中国学校的算法不兼容，我们学校是17学时一学分，，有些是15、16等等都有。
那么按照他们的算法，，最终我折算出来的EC超级诡异。。。
而且对于他们给出一个学年60个EC的要求貌似也有些困难。
请有这方面经验的DX给说说啊，大家是怎么办的或者打算怎么办？
还有，那个要求的学校评分体系的说明能不能在做成绩单的时候在最后面加一行NOTE来说一下，还是“必须”另外开一张证明让学校盖章？

b. An official certified photocopy of a list the courses taken for that diploma (up till now), including the original grades and credits. (If you are currently completing a degree you send the list of the currently completed courses plus a list of the courses planned; in this case the full list is to be added later with the diploma.)
c. The same as under (b) with an official certified transcript of the credits for each individual course into European credits (ec). (One European credit stands for 28 hours of study. One regular academic year comprises 60 European credits. One ec =? US credit.) Applications without this official transcription will not be accepted.
(If the university officer prefers this, the sheets under b an c may be combined into one – with the grades, the original credits and the credits in ec each three in separate columns.)
d. An official certified explication of the institution's grading system (preferably with an indication of the usual ranking for a grade – e.g. "the grade A is usually given to the top 5% of students of the institution only"). |
