请问一般来讲 paper能否被收跟教授是否有名有什么关系吗？

In general, a referee is not allowed to see the names of the authors when he or she received a paper from a journal editor.

Likewise, a referee should remove any personal information from Word document of the referee report.

It is not really true at least in my field.
Nowdays the referee got the pdf file (original one) , the information about the authors is there.
go ahead to submit your stuff. Do not worry about the reputation of your boss.

indeed it matters in some degree. at least, all the papers i have reviewed are all original copies submitted by the authors. u can see their contacts on the papers. i try to give objective comments, but sometimes it can be difficult. for example a guy from nowhere is writing some bullshits or u see some doggy english and  know they r from taiwan... atually u don't even wanna finish the whole paper and the review report, feel like wasting ur time. but anyway, it shouldn't matter that much.

排名高的journal肯定是blind review的，作者名字，引用的作者文献都要省去。只能说理论上是公平的。

但有些researcher自己在journal里面做reviewer，或者学术伙伴在某个journal作reviewer，它就会把自己的文章投到自己熟悉的journal里去。这就是一个trick。

单就文科上来说，一些理论的阐述很容易就看的出是牛人写的还是新手写的。所以有没有出现作者名其实并不很重要。

可能是学科不同，除了以前审稿国内一些期刊，我现在审稿的所有期刊、会议，从来没有发现隐去作者名字，联系方式的，

据个人经验，如果你老板特别牛的话，你被接受的机会会提高那么一点，（比如从50%到60%，只是打个比方，这个百分比完全没有意义），因为可据可不据的东西，他作决定的时候会考虑一下的

真是学科差异啊！有些会议是不需要的，但是一些非常正式的international conference，competition非常harsh，肯定需要匿名的。至于文科SCI 上的journal更是必须全都隐去作者名，我有一篇文章一次忘记隐去reference里自己第二作者的名字，一次忘记在正文里隐去自己的名字，连着被退回来两次。
