Business Coordinator (Amsterdam, Netherlands)


Requirements:


  • Bachelor degree;
  • Candidates holding European resident permit/ work permit/ passports is preferable
  • At lease one year relevant experience in accounting and have accounting background;
  • Excellent oral, writing communication skill in Chinese & Dutch, and preferably English;
  • Good organizer with strong self-motivation and independence;
  • Both Chinese and English resumes are required.
Responsibilities:


  • In charge of routine account bookkeeping, liaison with Finance Dept. of the Parent Company (Shenzhen Mindray Bio-Medical Electronics Co., Ltd.) and authorized accounting agent in The Netherlands.
  • Communicate with International Marketing Dept. of the Parent Company, file and update the office with any updating of products/product legal documents, marketing documents, company news and etc;
  • File all documents from the office manager and sales representative to brief International Marketing Dept regarding distributor profile, product feedback, market movement and so on;
  • In charge of the procurement and maintenance of office properties, (such as stationery procurement and maintain office machines in good condition);
  • Assist sales representative to follow up the order processing;
  • In charge of related exhibitions and shows held in Europe;
  • Apply and renew work permits of the staff, send invitation letters for Visa application to Chinese colleagues and distributors in the Netherlands as requested;
  • Miscellaneous works assigned by the office manager.
