麻烦大家帮下忙啊，那边申请我和我爱人二人的MVV，我都已经把结婚双认证办好过去了，还说不行，说"Somewhere on the certificate there has to be a stamp with the word "apostile" on it. Most likely, you could get this stamp at the Chinese Ministry of Internal Affairs."，到底这个"apostile"是什么？要这个字在上面？很奇怪啊，到底在哪里能办好这个呢？真是被搞糊涂了

好像是说要先公证，然后分别在荷兰驻华大使馆跟中国外交部认证才算数
