Buying a house?!

Is there someone already buying a house or an appartment in the Netherlands after you get a job?

Now I have worked in a company for 1 year. So to buy a house or a cheap appartment is coming to my schedule. But what I knew is it is very difficult for us to buy a house even an appartment because they are very expensive.

So if there is someone who already bought a house or an appartment, could you please share your experience and your idea with me?

没有永久居留也可以买呀，银行不是看你是不是永久居留才给贷款的，取决与你的工作稳不稳定，薪水的高低。楼主要是刚工作一年，去银行申请贷款可能有点难度，对于他们本地人也是一样的。建议楼主再工作一年，等你能向银行证明你的收入很稳定，你有能力偿还贷款的时候再买房

不是吧， 有个朋友一上班就买房子了。就是不知道为什么要买房，任何房子我住半年就烦了就想搬家了。

怎么可能刚上班就贷款买房子。。。我这儿连信用卡都不办给我呢！！！

我上班一年半了也没有信用卡，荷兰就是看人办事的呀，我同学上学时就有信用卡了。
