It is possible to bring your spouse to the Netherlands as a student  if you have at least 13000euro/year.But,you should count on following:
1.your spouse is not allowed to work.
2.reunification visa is MVV,family visit for under 3 month is not allowed.
3.your spouse should have his/her own insurance and ID.

可以去看看荷兰移民局的官方网页，有英语，对钱有很严的要求。

而且他只可以在你签证成功后正签，EUR是这样要求的。
