差不多6个月了。

不过我朋友比我晚申请，却比我早拿到，她大概是1个半月吧。

这个律师不专业吧，呵呵。这个和审批的人没关的，IND的网上有说明的:

I have a residence permit for study purposes: can I apply for a permanent residence permit?
No, you are only eligible for a permanent residence permit if, at the time of the application, you hold a residence permit for a non-temporary purpose, such as family reunification, employment and re-entry.

Is there any gap(3 months or 6 months) when you apply for it? I mean that 5 years term.

我自己打电话去人家说算得，然后公司律师说他问过，不算
我觉得谁也别问了，合同，居住证明一起送上去，爱批不批拉

刚刚收到IND的信，说我的永久居留批了。看到很多战友在问学生时间是否算在内，在此证实一下: 读书的年数能被算在内。
