急问：去北京取签所需材料？

8月6日收到大使馆准签函，但出生公证双认证还没开始办，郁闷中。。。。。。。

我也是，都收到了取签函，可是出生认证才送到外办刚开始办。
大家看看下面的材料，是不是我取签的时候可以不用带出生认证啊？只要在出发前把认证办好就可以了啊？

Dear Mr / Ms XXXXXXXX, 20-08-1981,

You are requested to report to the embassy in order for your visa application to be processed. The embassy is open for visa applications from Monday until Friday from 9.00 AM until 11.00 AM.
为了受理您的签证申请, 请您到使馆报告。签证处每周星期一至星期五9:00至11:00对外办公。

To enable the authorities to judge whether you are eligible for admission to the Netherlands, please also bring the following additional information and documents with you:

(x)    A valid passport – containing a blank visa page – valid for at least 3 months after issuing the MVV visa,
(x)    One fully completed and signed Schengen application form with one recent, resembling picture attached (can be downloaded from our website),
(x)    A photocopy of your employment contract or a letter of your employer,
(x)    Your original and complete family "hukou" book (plus photo copy),

You must collect your authorisation for temporary stay at this Netherlands embassy within six months of the date of this decision.
请在此信签发六个月以内前来使馆领取您的临时居留签证。
Within three days of your arrival in The Netherlands you must report to the local authorities in the municipality of your settlement. Your referee has been informed about the details.
在到达荷兰以后三天内您必需向所居住的当地市政厅报告。您的担保人已被通知此事。

能不能告诉我最后怎么样了，是不是有了户口，就不用出生证明双认证了？谢谢！！我也遇到了这样的问题，到底怎么理解呢？谢谢！！

我的理解是：户口就可以了，不用什么出生证明双认证了，但是不知道能不能拿到，请告诉我，急！谢！

我9月26号取到了签证，没有要出生证明双认证。
按照取签函的要求准备材料就是了：）

荷兰留学期间需不需要出生证明双认证呢？是不是无论如何要办一个？谢谢！
