help: what is the difference between WP and KM?

KM 有最低工资要求。
WP没有。
好像KM被拒绝的可能性很小。因为KM对公司的规模是有要求的。
还有就是KM现在有很多IND推出的优惠政策。

好象是需要提交公司的历史资料, 好比公司是什么时候成立的, 公司规模

然后税务资料, 看公司的债务情况, 还有公司的主营业务, IND好判断这家公司是否真的需要外籍员工

因为这些材料, 都是公司的人事部准备的, 所以只了解大致情况

不好意思了

WP很容易被拒, 因为工资低, 容易影响到荷兰本地劳动力市场

所以往往公司方被要求向CWI证明, 该职位的确在欧盟范围内不能找到合适人选, 或者说这职位的确是荷兰的紧缺职位,

如果都能办下来，最大的区别是: KM换工作容易，WP换工作难

另外还有：
KM的居留是一发五年的；
WP三年后就免WP

No, it is not correct. The duration of the residence card depends on your contract. I know someone whose employer followed the KM procedure. Since she signed a two-year contract, her residence card which is based on KM is valid for two years.

If someone has a permanant contract as KM, he/she will get a 5-year card.

Besides, I do not think it makes any difference about the ease of switching jobs between KM and WP (if it is within the 3-year time period).

Once you quite the job, or the employer dismisses you, you will have 3-month time to look for other jobs in both the KM and WP cases.

Then your new employer has to apply a new procedure for you, either KM or WP.
