开银行帐号的问题

今年准备到瓦大联合培养2年，不算学生。系里的秘书说开银行帐号要国内一个表明中国私人住址的东西。我问身份证行不？她说可能不行。信里这样说的，请前辈给指点一下！谢谢！

in order to open a Dutch bank account, after arrival in the Netherlands, you need to show an official document from your homeland mentioning your address overthere (e.g. a telephone bill, bank account, extract of registration at the municipality) !! without this document the bank might not be willing to open an account

户口本＋身份证应该可以吧，户口本上有户籍所在地和家庭地址，应该就是registration at the municipality　和家庭住址．　其他的我就不了解了．

学生的话，Ｗ大会帮忙跟银行方面沟通的．
