关于KM申请

今天在IND网站上发现一条信息
"Talented young people

我本来是在本地办KM，但是现在需要改成回国办，IND说新的申请要从8月1号开始（我已经毕业一段时间了），请问我能享受这条政策么？有经验的战友能告诉我大约要多久能拿下MVV？

同问。帮我申请的人自信满满的说我们可以写8月一号开始工作，现在我的申请还米递上去呢（公司还在蘑菇），有希望么？

我是一年合约，如果来不及，等于合约未满要不就提前闪人，要不就还得琢磨着续约，烦啊。
