上海取签需要国际健康旅行证么？

还有啊~中介要我去办双认证~我今天上午再我们这省外事办办了认证~
这认证是不是只是一个认证啊~不是双认证吧~还有一个是不是要到大使馆搞啊~

Please prepare the following documents:

1) Fully completed and signed Schengen visa apllication;
2) Two coloured passport pictures;
3) Copy of your passport and passport;
4) Copy of passport referent;
4) Copy of the legalised birth certificate and unmarried certificate (if you are not married), otherwise a copy of your marriage certificate. These certificates are legalised by the Chinese Foreign Affairs (waiban) as well as by the Dutch Consulate;
5) Copy of the employment contract;
6) Copy of your hukou (household registration).

The openinghours for visa and legalisation are Monday till Thursday from 9.00 till 11.30. Please be adviced that there might be a queue and that we work with sequence cards in order to apply or legalise.

没有提到国际旅游健康证明，所以这个就不需要了？

所谓的双认证就是出生和单身？还有双认证是在哪办？自己居住城市公证了行吗？还是要去大使馆办理？

貌似不需要健康证吧~我的取签信上没有提到哦。
只是说到荷兰以后需要检查有没有肺结核，据说是统一去检查的。

双认证是指外事办和大使馆对出生公证的认证。
国际健康证明据说在出境时会抽查，如果发现没有，不予出境也不是没有可能。
到荷兰后，会检查预防接种和结核接种情况，所以在国内需要把这个办好。

晕了..就是说在国内最好把国际健康旅行证办了，再把疫苗打了，然后去荷兰重新再体检？
