1 Assistant to Sales Manager Benelux( internship)
Main Tasks and Responsibilities:
We are seeking an intern for our Sales and Marketing Department (SMG), to work in our office in Breda, the Netherlands. This position involves market research projects that support broader sales and marketing functions across Benelux, as well as supporting key marketing activities or events across Benelux in various emerging market segments. In this position, your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
- Analyzing existing databases and market intelligence; aggregating per country details available to date
- Driving and conducting food preservative market research study in Benelux
- Assisting Handary's Benelux Sales and Marketing Group (SMG) team members in sales and marketing projects, example local natural preservative marketing events
Qualifications
You must be a student with a minimum of two years of university study in Business Economics with focus on marketing research. Additional qualifications include:
- Superior background in business economics and a good understanding of the principles of marketing
- Comfortable working in a self-directed environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Dutch.
- Demonstrated strong analytical ability and a good knowledge of standard Microsoft* Office* programs
- Experience in food additive industry as well as previous work experience, ideally in marketing area would be an added advantage
- Duration of the internship: minimum of 6 months, maximum 12 months
