why the damn AH always overcharges me

I hate AH and its personnel. Like today, I went to a AH chain store near my home to buy some grocery. After checking the receipt, I found out the cashier overcharged me 1.5 euro over a box of fruit salad. I told her so but she was not even sorry and send me to the help desk. She told me I could get my money back from her colleague. Same thing has happened to me over and over again, at least 10 times including today. I don't get it, what do they think they are doing? Rob me? First I don't look rich; second I'm 23 and I'm not stupid. Besides that, saying sorry is almost like physically impossible for dutch people who work in service industry. AH is unbelievable! Dutch people are inexplicable!

不说是ＩＭＰＯＳＳＩＢＬＥ，起码是ＤＩＦＦＩＣＵＬＴ，其实很多时候简单的一句有诚意的ＳＯＲＲＹ能解决很多问题．

多收你钱是不会给你赔偿的，退给你就了事了。
买东西时拿到发票自己要仔细看。不止AH，其它店也会算错钱。
在荷兰就是这样，一些本来不属于客户需要担心的事客户得自己多个心眼。

因为他们自己做事情也很糊涂

....

lz息怒！我今天也跟K店人理论了。后来说是我说的商品不打折，是跟它非常象的一个同类商品打折。但我买之前还亲自拿着商品问了里面的工作人员的，跟我说打折。算拉！~~


顺便问问，AH给的那些个小票票是怎么做打折用的啊？

看来从来不看账单也是有好处的
就算错了也不会生气~~哈哈~~
LZ宽心点吧不要会小事情生气了
以后就费事多查一遍CHECK仔细点
总不见得为了这个错而不去超市吧

没看过帐单...原来还有这门道啊...

经常算错了，我以前也不看，后来有次发现多了很多，才觉得没对。
出现这情况，直接找服务柜台退钱就是了，一定会退的，就算你买了东西，付了钱，再给他说不想要也是可以退的。
不过，一天遇到10次，这频率也太高了点。
