一般MVV申請要多久?

已收到UVA本科的錄取通知書﹐但信中提到還會有一封INVITATION LETTER 會於幾個星期內從UVA語言中心發出﹐但UVA開學日期是九月﹐現在已是六月﹐我還未可以申請MVV ﹐因為我還要等待那封INVITATION LETTER...
我很擔心人家開學了﹐但我還在香港..

請問有人曾經因MVV發出遲了而誤了開學嗎?

I am a student from mainland, but I attend university in HK. I study in LU and I will be probably
transfer to Uva in the coming SEP. since now I am in mainland, so I gave you the phone no in mainland. What about yours in HK, maybe I can then phone you and we can communicate with each other and we can go together.
