学校发来的租房问题的信，晕乎中……大家帮忙啊！

As you may have read on our website, we have increased our administration costs to 175,- euros for new arriving students. The Board of the University of Groningen and the Hanze University of Groningen have made this decision to more realisticly cover the costs of the Housing Office. The Housing Office remains a non-profit agency of the University and the Hanze University and her employees will do there utmost to offer you our best services.

In order for us to start the reservation procedure, you must pay €500,- administration and reservation costs (€175,- administration costs and €325,- reservation costs) by international bank transfer within 10 days after you have received this letter.

这是HOUSING OFFICE发来的回信，后来貌似在说有两次选择机会，不然就取消申请，而且不管要不要175都不退的。也不知道我理解的对不对，有了解情况的XDJM介绍一下吧！拜谢

我也刚收到这封email，我觉得是这样理解滴，而且如果取消预订好像500就都没了，感觉满黑的
