不可以，结婚还要预约的，并且要钱，好像是100多欧元办个仪式。

you have to go to town hall to apply for marriage. then they will ask you to fill in all the forms and provide all the documents. then they will send the application to IND for advice. Then IND will come to your house to check if you really live with your bf or not. Then after half year or so, you will receive a notice from town hall if they grant your application for marriage or not. Then you can make an appointment to chat with them about the details of your marriage. Then you will have to pay for the marriage in the town hall. It varies a lot between different town halls...
In randstad, it can cost upto several hundreds euro for half an hour marriage ceremony.

是的，不结婚也没有关系。反正是一样，结婚或者注册同居可以在来3年后申请护照。否则，在5年后才能申请护照。

为什么我觉得应该先注册同居或者是结婚才能拿新ID呢...办理ID的时候,不是需要同居或者结婚证书的么?!
