Where can I download the language package to type Chinese ?!

Now I am useing a Dutch PC that with English and Dutch Windows, I am curious where can I download the language package to type Chinese and read Chinese. Hope someone can help me.  I really want to type Chinese and miss to type Chinese. Thanks a lot !!

在去 datum。tijd。taal en landinstellingen.
然后 extra taal toevoegen

安装 然后在 taalbalk 里面加chinees （PRC）
应该就可以了

这是windows xp 板的 其他我就不清楚了

Here you can download the Nanji Star. It is not only a Chinese input soft ware, but also a Chinese environment software for any non-asian languange version windowns. When you use it, it can help you read and type Chinese via Pinyin.

In the same time, I advice you to find a Chinese version Windows or at list English version Windows. Also, you can try to set up your language bar, to look if it is possible to install the Chinese in the Advantage card of the language bar setup.

first, you can single right click on your language bar. there maybe is a "Instelling", single Left click it. then, Choose the Advantage, maybe the Dutch is "toegenegen". then choose all the options.

He can not read even in Chinese, you'd better write in English or Dutch.
