简单的说就是你的签证又一次被拒绝了。原因：不能确定你会如期回国。如果你不同意这个决定，必须在四个星期内提出反对。反对信必须提出更好的理由。打印两份，然后一起寄到：ministerie van Buitenlands Zaken
