for parents visiting issues, Thank you!

my parents will place a visit in holland for less than 3 month actually, however, i checked on IND's site, there are 2 kinds for visiting relatives, for more than 3 but up to 6 months need MVV, less than 3 month they can apply for tourist Visa, i am wondering which one is more easier to apply,  are those procedures are quite same or one might be complicated than the other. Please help, thank you!
moreover, what kinda documents do i need to ask from city hall, please advise.

so far as I know, MVV is much more expensive...... and if your pa and ma are going to stay here only for less than 3 months, probably they are already back home by the time when there is a MVV issued to them...

探亲3个月就可以了，mvv要满足很多条件，第一就是你需要是荷兰passport才行。
