work permit要多长时间才能拿下

IND突然发信给学校，要他们在我还在申请MVV的时候就要帮我申请work permit，而这个学校以前根本就没做，昨天刚刚才把我的work permit的申请递交上去，天啊，那要多长时间才能拿下阿？是不是必须得等到work permit拿下了，IND才能给我MVV啊？我在荷兰的房租可是已经开始计算了阿，我该怎么办呢！！！！

这好像和我所知道的不一样啊，work permit应该是在我到荷兰后办residence permit时才做的阿，学校以前也是这么对我说的，现在怎么会是这样呢？有明白人指点一二吗？

six weeks are needed for working permit.But of course, you can get your mvv without any need of working permit.

what the hell IND is doing? why they refuse to issue MVV to me before the work permit done? why they can not give me MVV, then I apply for the work permit when I arrive in the Netherlands???
