关于长期居留

之前在论坛上看过一个帖子，关于长期居留，说是如果咱们在荷连续居住5年以上同时未来一年内在荷工作（工作合同即可），就有机会申请长期居留。不知是不是真的？

我在IND网站上找了半天，但还是没有找到相关信息。希望知道这方面事情的热心战友们给我一些帮助。非常感谢！

我是01年8月份来的荷兰，到今年9月份正好5年，这个是够了。不过，我的合同是到明年8月31号到期，不知是否可以申请？有没有类似情况的战友？是否已申请下来了呢？

还有，我明年打算合同到期后开始继续深造，是否会影响申请呢？若申请下来，是否可以交欧盟学生的学费呢？

In the past, if you legally continusly stay in Holland for 5 years and you have work contract in the sixth year, that is ok. I got this permanent residence permit this summer. However, i heard that the policy changed  a bit now. So it is good to visit the IND website and take a look there, then you know the current policy.

请问ls，你申请用了多长时间就拿到了？过程繁琐吗？

It was about 2 and a half months, it was much faster than the extention of ID. It is not complex. I visited the website and asked a application form by sending IND an email, then the IND sent me the form, I filled in and provided all the documents they asked for and sent them back to IND.  then I got it. good luck!

我想问一下，我现在的工作合同明年8月31号到期，是否还可以申请？另外，如果我明年继续深造，那么又是以学习为目的在荷居留，那么长期居留是否又会被取消呢？

I do not know for sure, that is why i suggested you to visit the website of IND, there you can find very accurate information. I do not think they will cancel your perminent resident permit if you study again. but I am not sure.
