［讨论］正签不要双认证？怎么没有这个要求？不大可能吗！

大家好！
通过荷兰使馆网站发现，MVV申请（这指正签）的相关材料清单里并没有写出要什么认证的字眼，但是在家庭团聚申请MVV的清单里却黑字白字写的清楚要认证，是怎么回事？正签不要双认证了？

据我所知，双认证是一定需要的，无论是申请MVV时还是到这边后去办理ID都需要。

反签是领签证时要出示双认证文件，正签是申请签证时就需要，大使馆有中文的PDF说明文件，是要的。

使馆的PDF我已经看过了，就是没有双认证的一个字。中文，英文均没有提及。

但是文中并没有提及提交双认证的时间，不管是返签，还是正签~~~

I am very sorry for misguiding. I refered to last year's requirements which have been out of date. I check the new document the embassy offers, I find that there is no requirements such as legalized birth certificate, marry status certificate,etc. You are luck, these things caused a lot of trouble for me last year and cost a lot as well.
