求助：鹿特丹哪里去做无犯罪记录和体检证明啊？

快要去希腊工作了，希腊驻鹿特丹领事馆要我交：

1。    Certificate of criminal record to be issued by the relevant Dutch
Authorities

2。。 Medical certificate from Public Dutch Hospital stating that "you dont suffer
from any illness which would endanger the Public Health, according to the
International Standards of the World Health Organization, as well as any
other infectuous, contageous, or parasitic sicknesses, which require taking
measures for the protection of public health".

这两样东西叫我哪里去弄啊？city hall? 那个体检的证明大家知道要多少钱吗？保险付吗？

有谁知道清告诉我啊。。
