both diploma and transcript can be certified by your university, including translated version(unless you are talking about high school diploma and grade list). Usually, it costs a lot more in the Notary office to do the same trick.
It is still too early to apply by now, as most Dutch universities have not yet set the tuition fee for the next year. For application to those that charge application fees, just wait and see if you still want to apply after the tuition fee is known. As far as I know, selection committee usually starts reviewing applications after Christmas, so no rush now. Just be patient if you decide to send the material now, and don't send inquiry email about the result that is not going to be available soon. |
