H的本科在美国的大学是不被给与"本科"承认的, 持H本科文凭的同学无法直接进入美国大学的研究生课程(硕博连读课程),  只能申请转换学分.
见威思康新大学的"International Degree Equivalents" 中"The Netherlands"一项:
"Higher technical schools (HTS) diplomas are not eligible for admission, but may be considered for transfer credit."
