PhD合同问题

今天收到了工作合同的草本，it reads "you are employed as "promovendus" "～. What does it mean?

It also reads "We shall effect your registration with the "Stichting Pensioenfonds ABP", which operates the pension scheme that applies to you". What does it mean?

还有，合同中只说雇用为 research assistant，是所谓的AIO还是OIO？是不是不需要做教辅？ 还有 vacation等都没有体现，只是提到 the vacation allowance amounts to 8%.
