Where is the Costumes in Amsterdam?

Hello, I'm just arrive NL this month. I have about 2 cubic meter's shipment will arrive Amsterdam next month. I heard I have to obtain permit from Costumes, otherwise I need pay the duty.

Could you please tell me where is Costumes at Amsterdam?
