Job Description
Prepare accruals, prepayments, and provisions according to the company policies and processing bank transactions; Prepare commercial invoice and credit notes for vendors; Generate A/P and A/R report on daily basis; Perform inventory analysis and prepare stock report in the timely and accurate manner; Check expense claims and manage the fix asset account; Assist senior accountant in prepare VAT, intrastat and statistical returns; Generate and perform general ledger pre/post closing journal entries; Completion of monthly balance sheet and P&L account reconciliations.
Job Requirements BA or MA degree in Finance & Accounting, Business Economics and/or other related studies; Fluent in English and Chinese, Dutch is a plus 1-2 year experience in accounting is a plus. Broad experience with Excel, experience with ERP and other financial software is a plus. Ability to work unsupervised and use own initiative while having good interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team and be responsible; Ability to multi‐task and meet tight deadlines on a consistent basis; College student can apply for the internship possibilities
