MVV签证可以从国内来荷兰吗

最近有小伙伴从国内过来吗，拿着MVV签证从国内过来荷兰会不会被拦

据说不可以入境。必须是已经获得了移民局给出的担保的五年卡，和永久居留卡。还有一个是荷兰护照才可以入境！劳工的卡和自由卡，也是不能入境的

请问你是在哪里获得的信息呢？我打电话问荷兰外事局说可以，所以不知道了啊

I have a valid mvv, for the Netherlands or another Schengen country. Can I travel to the Netherlands?
