Description The Logistic Specialistis responsible for lead operations and logistics services towards timely andaccurate execution and responsible for optimal cost. Accurate andtimely initiate and decide on the necessity to create, verify and consolidatedocumentation that is needed for custom clearance and for transportation.

Responsibilities · Hands on inevery aspect of the logistics and warehouse. Admin and operations. · Running aswift and smooth fulfillment and logistics operation. · Inbound andoutbound logistics operations such as; transportation, inventory control. · Secure optimalshipping methods to meet shipping schedules and requests. · Monitor importand export documents and processes to ensure legal and regulatory compliance. · Monitorlogistics partners performance through the development of KPIs and quarterlyreviews. · Day-to-daymanagement and development of the team (several part-time workers, several suppliers). · Managereconciliation of daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly reports · Act as aresource for peers and team · Understand andutilize container-based delivery model to find process improvements and costsavings within area of responsibility and/or team
Qualifications · One or moreyears of Supply Chain / Warehouse Management / Transportation Management System/ Custom Clearance experience preferred · Proficiency inverbal & written English required; Mandarin Chinese a big advantage · Experienced Microsoftuser · Ability tothink critically and solve problems quickly and accurately · Ability towork in a team oriented, fast-paced and dynamic environment · Ability towork a flexible schedule on occasion, including overtime hours when requested · Collaborativeworkstyle required to be successful in this role · Goodinterpersonal skills, able to communicate well with both internal and externalparties · Able to workunder stress to meet tight deadlines and handling multiple tasks. · HBO or higher diploma
