ips保险咋个退法 求助

现在只有最终收据，我想知道退返这个保险的过程，请有经验的朋友帮下忙告诉下。

这个也能退?如果没有使用它的保险条款是不是就给退哇?

我没退过,但写信问过, 以下是IPS给的回信:

Refund of the premium is possible when you leave to your home country
earlier then expected. The refund will be given for the whole remaining
months that has not been past minus EUR 11,- administration fee.

It is also necessary that you can show proof (for instance a copy of the
return ticket) and that you return the original insurance certificate
together with the guarantee card when you will cancel the IPS insurance.
