工作地点 - Schipol（Amsterdam）
工作内容 Preparing hot dishes according to recipes in the prescribed quantities and in the required quality level. HACCP registration of the products which you prepare. Assessing the ingredients to be used on quality. Make kitchen preparations. Monitoring / checking the quality. Delivery of the production on time to the internal departments.
工作要求 Knowledge
- You are a well-trained professional cook.
- At least 5 years of kitchen experience in good Asian restaurants.
- Good product knowledge.
- Have been in control of all facets of the kitchen.
- You have knowledge of hygiene and HACCP rules.
Personal characteristics
- Flexible attitude.
- Prepared to work irregularly, including holidays and weekends.
- Can work well accurately and organized within a team.
- Knowledge of Dutch or English language (in spoken and writing)
Gate Gourmet is offering good working conditions in a nice atmosphere. 38-hour work week, 7:00 - 15:30 work day Payment within CAO, (+ shift allowance; etc) 13th month bonus
