回国后申请search year?

按政策，毕业后三年内都可以申请search year。我是2017年8月瓦大毕业的硕士。
回国一年吧，现在想办2019年8月开始的search year.
但打开ind的的申请表，没有这个situation可以选？
请问，有申请过的娃子么？

The information form lists the documents you need for your application if you apply abroad and you need a provisional residence permit (mvv). You will receive this information form from the Dutch representation where you apply.
