你可以去看看 家里的电表

Nuon (most household in Amsterdam has energy from this company)
standard price (it can differ based on your contract)
electricity: 0.0762/kWh
gas: 0.3754/m3

But these are only supply fees, in addition you have to pay tax and several other fees which are quite complicated. (You can check it on the Nuon website, in Dutch)
