The competent authorities in the Netherlands have issued a positive advice regarding your application for an "authorization for temporary stay" (MVV). Please submit IN PERSON at least 48 hours before departure the following marked documents:
A valid passport - containing a blank visa page - valid for at least 3 months after issuing the MVV visa.
Copy of the holderspage of the passport,
(x) One fully completed and signed Schengen-application form, with 1 recent, resembling photograph attached. (can be downloaded from our website)
(x) Original admission letter from your educational institute in the Netherlands (plus photo copy),
(x) Your original educational certificates and diploma's (plus photo copy).
(x) If you are currently studying: student card (plus photo copy) and original letter from the educational establishment, contact person, telephone number and their position.
(x) A clear photo copy of your legalised, notarial birth certificate. (photo copy of all the pages).
(x) Your original and complete family "hukou" book (plus photo copy of all pages and mentions) |
