We are students from Saxion hogeschool and for this semester we should do a project in direction of information management process. For this project, we would like to have a collaboration with your company and after 7 weeks we will provide a report with a presentation of what was the actual problem(s) and our recommendation of how to solve it/them if you want to.An example of the related subject can be how to control the internal process of your company efficiently. Your customer service can be an example of this. How to complain handling data can be organized efficiently or if a customer places an order and for any reason a mistaken order is sent to your customer. That being said, we would try to find out what went/goes wrong in the process and then come with the suggestion of how to do it efficiently. we are looking forward to hearing from you.
