30。THAILAND (TH)
Passport required (recommended to be valid 6 months after
period of stay. However, Thai immigration will accept passports
which are only valid for period of intended stay).
Visa not required for a max. stay of 30 days if holding
confirmed return/onward ticket.
Extension up to 10 days possible. Fee THB 500.- (1 photo
required).
However, if holding passport issued in Marshall Islands:
passport (must be valid for 6 months beyond visa application)
and visa required.
If holding APEC Business Travel Card together with passport:
visa not required.
Entry may be refused if of "hippy" appearance.

Airline staff may travel on standby ticket together with an
airline-identity card.
Visitor must hold all documents for next destination.
If being over 12 years of age visitor must also hold
sufficient funds (e.g. letter of credit, vouchers, MCOs
or well-known credit cards) to cover period of stay (not
applicable if holding re-entry visa).
Non-compliance with the visa regulations will result in:
- refusal and immediate deportation of passenger;
- fines for the airline of THB 20,000,-;
- overstay fine for passenger of THB 200,- per day.
31。TIMOR LESTE (TL)
Passport (valid for at least 6 months) required.
Entry Permit can be obtained on arrival for a max. stay of 30
days. Fee: USD 25.-.
Extensions of up to 90 days are possible. Fee USD 1.- per day.
32。TOGO (TG)
Passport required.
Visa required, which can be obtained on arrival for max. 7
days. Passport of passenger will be confiscated. Next day
passenger has to collect passport and visa at the police
station. Passenger should hold Yellow Fever vaccination
certificate and three passport photos.
If stay exceeds 7 days, passenger has to apply for extension at
Direction Generale de la Police Nationale. Passenger will be
granted a visa for 12 months. Fee: equivalent to USD 20.- in
local currency - XOF.
33。TONGA (TO)
Passport required (must be valid for at least 6 months upon
arrival).
Visa required, which can be obtained on arrival for touristic
purposes only, free of charge, for a stay of max. 31 days
(extension possible).
Visitor must hold:
- return/onward ticket; and
- all documents required for next destination; and
- sufficient funds to cover stay.
If holding one-way ticket, a multiple entry visa issued prior
to arrival is required.
Non-compliance with entry regulations (i.e. expired passports)
will result in a fine of TOP 5,000.- for transporting carrier.
34。TRINIDAD & TOBAGO (TT)
Passport required (must be valid for period of stay).
Visa not required for a stay of max. 3 months.
For all types of business transactions, a work permit is
required.
Visitor must:
- hold documents for onward/return journey; and
- hold return or through ticket (or sufficient funds to
purchase ticket, in which case amount due to be deposited at
immigration);
- have a fixed address during stay (hotel etc.).
Minors:
Minors must either hold their own passport or be registered in
parent's passport and accompanied by that parent.
Non-compliance with entry requirements may result in
deportation of passenger and considerable fines for carrier.
35。TUNISIA (TN)
Passport (must be valid at least for the period of intended
stay) required.
Visa not required for a stay of max. 4 months.
Minors travelling alone can also enter with Identity Card.
Visitors must hold documents and tickets for return or onward
journey.
36。TURKEY (TR)
Passport required.
Visa required, which can be obtained on arrival.
Validity: 3 months. Fee: USD 100.- or EUR 100.-.
If intending to stay longer than 1 month, passenger must report
to the local police.
Passenger must be of clean appearance and hold sufficient
funds.
Passenger is considered a Turkish national, if it appears from
the documents that original nationality was Turkish. Passenger
should be advised to make inquiries about possible consequences
prior to arrival in Turkey.
Passenger holding travel documents printed in their own
language and not in the Latin alphabet will be refused entry
and deported.
Non-compliance with entry regulations will result in the
deportation of passenger, normally by same aircraft on the same
day. Should deportation procedure exceed 24 hours, a fine of
USD 1,000.- will be imposed on the carrier.
37。TURKMENISTAN ™
Passport (must be valid for period of intended stay) required.
Visa required.
However, a 10 day visa can be obtained on arrival provided:
- arriving from a country where there is to representation of
Turkmenistan (see: For details, click here item 1); and
- holding a letter of invitation which has been approved by
the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
Fee: USD 61.- plus USD 10.- for Immigration Services.
Extension of a further 10 days possible by sponsor applying to
Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
Passengers should arrive during office hours, however, if
arriving in Ashgabat, visa can be obtained 24 hours a day.
Visitor must:
1. hold return/onward ticket or sufficient funds; and
2. register at the police department within 3 days after
arrival.
It is strongly recommended to hold sufficient funds.
Although a visa covers the whole territory of Turkmenistan,
special permit is required if visiting the following areas:
Atamurat, Cheleken, Dashoguz, Serahs and Serhetabat. Permit is
issued by Ministry of Foreign Affairs prior to arrival.
Non-compliance with the entry regulations will result in
deportation of the passenger at carrier's expense.
38。TURKS & CAICOS ISL. (TC)
PASSPORT (MAY BE EXPIRED TO A MAX. OF 3 YEARS) REQUIRED.
ALSO ACCEPTED:
1. ORIGINAL (OR CERTIFIED COPY OF) BIRTH CERTIFICATE; OR
2. IN THE CASE OF A NATURALIZED U.S. CITIZEN, NATURALIZATION
PAPERS;
ACCOMPANIED BY:
- OFFICIAL PHOTO ID (I.E. DRIVER'S LICENCE), OR
- EXPIRED (MAX. 3 YEARS) PASSPORT.
VISA NOT REQUIRED FOR A STAY OF MAX. 30 DAYS.
VISITOR MUST HOLD:
- RETURN/ONWARD TICKET; AND
- ALL DOCUMENTS REQUIRED FOR NEXT DESTINATION; AND
- SUFFICIENT FUNDS.
39。UGANDA (UG)
Passport (must be valid at least 6 months upon entry) required.
Visa required, which can be obtained on arrival.
Fees: single entry: USD 30.- (students USD 20.-);
multiple entries: USD 80.- (validity 6 months); or
USD 160.- (validity 1 year).
Security problems can be prevented by informing the Ministry of
Foreign Affairs of the passengers' details.
Visitor must hold:
- return/onward ticket; and
- all documents required for next destination; and
- sufficient funds.
Non-compliance with the entry regulations may result in
refusal of passenger.
Delegates attending the Annual ABD/ECA Meeting in Kampala from
May 18, 2004 to May 30, 2004 holding a "Letter of Guarantee"
will definitely and automatically obtain an Entry Visa on
arrival at Entebbe International Airport, should they not have
been able to obtain a visa prior to their arrival.
40。UKRAINE (UA)
Passport and visa required.
Visa can be issued on arrival for a max. stay of 14 days if
travelling as tourist and:
- arriving directly at Odessa or Simferopol airport;
- holding hotel/tourist vouchers from tourist organization
registered at Ministry of Foreign Affairs; ;
- holding 2 photos;
Fee: USD 29.-, (or equivalent).
Passenger may be required to show a legitimate invitation from
an official sponsor in Ukraine.
All passengers must, on arrival, fill in the Immigration Card.
The card must be presented together with the passport when
entering and leaving the country.
Non-compliance with the entry regulations will result in fines
of USD 700-800.-, for the carrier and deportation by same
carrier on first available flight. |
