你好 我是2017春季的荷兰交換生  我看荷兰驻华使团写96.3后出生的只要出生医学证明公正双**就好 而且我看上届的venlo市政厅也是只要出生证明双** 那请问我还要做户口本公正的双**吗 先谢谢各位大大了~

你做双**是为了市政厅注册还是备用呢？

1. Your original birth certificate
2. A copy of the original birth certificate with apostille stamp*
3. A certified translation of the birth certificate (only if the original document is not in English, Dutch, French or German).

4. An original proof of marital status (via an official document you need to prove that you are not married. It is different for every country where to apply for this so you need to ask your city hall / the embassy or just google it)
5. A copy of the original marital status document with apostille stamp
6. A certified translation of the proof of marital status (only if the original document is not in English, Dutch, French or German)
