在荷考GMAT，急问邮寄方式注册及考试费用？

本人计划在余下两个月里完成GMAT考试，先期研究了一下GMAT BULLETIN 2006，有几个问题急问如下！谢谢你的帮助先。

因本人无CREDIT CARD， 计划用CHECK以信件方式支付考试费用（联同GMAT APPOINTMENT SCHEDULING FORM一并寄送），请问下面的红字注明你知道如何搞定的？

1.banks located in the United States.因为在 mab.com上没有提到这个地址，你知道吗？是不是任何一家在美的收款行都可以？或是他们有个固定的收款行地址，但我还不知道？

2.Taxes。 倒是查到在NETHERLANDS考试的话，要付19%的税，请问是不是一次总共要付 USD 250*（1+19%）的费用吗？

Payments by check must be payable in U.S. dollars and drawn on banks located in the United States.

All payments must be made in full, include the correct numeric and written fee amount, have the appropriate signature(s), and be made payable to Pearson VUE-GMAT®. The bank name and its location should be preprinted on the face of the check. Taxes must be included where applicable and the appointment date must be at least 10 calendar days after the check is received to allow time for the check to clear.

那比较麻烦，当时我的visa并不能进行美元支付，所以我问国内的朋友借了一张可以消费美元的visa卡，然后由我父母在国内把钱汇给他。如果能借的话，非常方便，也很省事省时间。楼上的也是车迷么？~呵呵，祝你好运。

请问那个报名费用是不是还要加上１９％的税了？也就是２５０＊（１＋１９％）？谢谢！

车迷谈不上了，就是喜欢看看Ｆ１

我的没加税。在线直接支付，你只需要提供你朋友visa卡的帐号和密码就行。现在的政策有没有改变我不是很清楚。

是要加税的，算下来差不多300刀吧。找个有信用卡的人帮你支付，很方便的。

在荷兰考过G和T，没交过税。

if you are paying by credit card,then the tax will be debited from your accout. it you are paying by check or money order, please be sure to include the tax amoutn along with the fee or your request will not be proessed.（refer to :GMAT internationl tax rate)

楼上俩位都是用CREDITＣＡＲＤ付款的，是不是付完考试费用（USD 250）以后，有被银行扣过19*250的税，特别是eclat,你被银行扣过而没有发现了？谢谢你们俩帮我确认一下！因为我借别人的卡转考试费，总不能以后让人家多付税吧？
