请问如何传头像?

不好意思,这个问题可能初级了点儿.如何把我自己的头像传上去呀?我在控制面板里看到要输入URL,而我的GIF在自己的硬盘里呢,又没有BROWSER...怎么办呀?请指教!

现在不能往论坛传PIC了~~~ 只能往自己的相册穿~~~ 推荐PHOTO.21CN.COM的~~ 不过有时候也显示不出来~~~
谁有好点的，推荐一下

You may write a new threred first,up load your picture for a accessory,and then you have the URL of your picture.Enter the URL to the blank,then you
can have your own picture.
