[ x ] One completed and signed mvv application form and 2 recent photograph;
[ x ] Letter of admission from your educational institute in the Netherlands;
[ x ] Your complete family "Hukou" plus copy;
未了还加了一句： UPON REQUEST OF THE CONSULATE-GENERAL ADDITIONAL DOCUMENTS OR DOCUMENTED EVIDENCE MAY HAVE TO BE PRESENTED。发信过去问说是不是每个大使馆不同还要求加多另外的文件。
得到的回复却是：
It depends on your documents and your personal information which can only be examined at the appointed time. The Consulate General is not able to give a list in advance.
