急求助! 有最近给新宝宝申请ID的吗？

no, to apply ID doesn't need to present your baby, and no need your baby to pick up the ID as long as the baby is less than one year. However, if he is old than one year, he need to be present himself in cityhall to pick up the id.

Chinese passport was made in France, so it will not take long time. My baby got his passport in one month. But it take herrible time to waiting for ID. I guess it was because I am a single mum+Chinese.

我家宝宝是在大使馆照的像，我举着他照的，把头对准就OK，多余的他们会修理掉。
拿到护照后就可以申请这边的ID了吧，弱问一句。收费多少啊？

我去办的时候，他们也问的呢。只是当时已经有中国护照了，就没想为什么会被问到。
