请问，产后补铁大概要补到啥时候？

如题，谢谢！
出院的时候，医院给了铁片的方子，说大多数产妇需要补铁。当时也晕，忘了问要补到什么时候。
这铁片不是个玩意儿啊吃了，几天才大一次解。每次出恭都挣得侧切口子生疼。

他是叫你把配方吃完
不过也没关系 铁是补血的 差不多就是了
lz也可以去药店 买一些喝的 那些补的比较快
铁都是那样的 难受一下不过对自己身子好

I lost a lot of blood during delievery and had very low hemoglobin level, but I did not take the medicine for Fe. I just took multivitamine tablets that contianing Fe. After a month, my hemoglobin level was already in normal range. So my suggestion is that it is not necessay to take that medicine , which cause difficulty in poepen.

他每顿吃得不多，然后就老饿 白天还行，晚上就吃不消啦。我要是能解体，就借老公一胸，让他值夜班当奶妈。
