校外博士就是external phd. 不用去荷兰,在国内写论文,取得博士学位.

是哪个学校负责颁发这种学位阿？至少本人从来没听说过。估计这里了解这种情况的人应该不多，你还是去教育部问问吧。

重要的是你的论文答辩委员会成员是荷兰这边的学校安排，还是国内给安排阿？学位证上会不会有external的字样，从而和在荷兰读下来的学位有所区别？本人没有听说过这种事情。LZ小心被人骗。关键是是哪个学校，学校本身是否在教育部认可的名单里，如果在，还有可信度，不在就几乎可以肯定是诈骗了。
